  • Where is Double Tap Agency based? What areas do you service?

    Double Tap Agency is based in the Northern Rivers, NSW, with clients located from Sydney to South East Queensland. That includes Sydney, Newcastle, Ballina, Byron Bay, Kirra Beach, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane.

    If your project includes content production, we’ll need to be able to shoot locally. Reach out to see what’s possible in your area.


  • What's involved in "The Full Suite"

    Our most comprehensive service. The Full Suite acts as an extension of your team, giving you access to senior specialists across marketing, communications, strategy, content, and advertising. This includes an ongoing monthly delivery of:

    Strategy: 

    • Multi-channel marketing strategy, including content strategy.

    Content: 

    • Static & video content (lo-fi, branded, UGC)

    • Art direction and graphic design

    • Copywriting (brand, web, campaign)

    • Asset rollout across channels

    Email Marketing

    • Design, implementation, audience management and strategy

    Paid Ads (add-on service)

    • Meta and Google ad management.

    • Channel strategy, budget planning, and rollout.

  • What is involved in "The Content Suite"

    A standalone service for brands that need consistent, ready-to-go content without full agency support. Includes:

    Lo-fi UGC

    • Vertical video with static covers, shot for platform use.

    Shoot Access

    • We provide equipment, planning support, and creative strategy.

    • Minimum 4 shoots per year for ongoing clients.

    Strategic Direction

    • High-level guidance on tone, structure, and story.

    Optional Add-ons

    • Photography (campaign, product, social).

    • Videography (editorial, short-form, brand reels).

    • Drone content (location and usage dependent).

  • Do you do email marketing?

    Yes. It’s included in The Full Suite. We handle strategy, copy, audience setup, and design. Need examples? See some of our work here.

  • I'm starting out/don't know where to begin when it comes to marketing. What do I do?
