The Role
We're building our freelance creator network across Sydney and Brisbane. This is a behind-the-lens role; you won't be the talent; you'll be capturing it. We're looking for low-fi creators ready to move when moments happen, briefed directly by our in-house creator and marketing team.

You'll be confident attending client locations and shooting service-based moments, not staged product setups, but real ones as they unfold. Think check-ins, dinner service, a room being turned down. The stuff that's easy to miss and worth catching.

What You'll Do

  • Attend client locations and shoot based on a brief from our in-house team.

  • Capture low-fi, in-the-moment video content — not polished, not posed. (Primarily for social media usage)

  • Move fast when the moment calls for it.

  • Deliver raw footage/stills for our team to edit, or fully edited reels and clips based on the brief/job, delivered promptly.

  • Work across a mix of luxury stay, hospitality, and lifestyle service-based clients.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience creating for service-based businesses.

  • A low-fi eye — you know the difference between staged and real.

  • Reliability. You show up when the brief lands, not on your own schedule.

  • Confidence on location, around guests and staff, without getting in the way.

  • Basic gear: you're comfortable shooting on your own high-quality iPhone.

  • Bonus: confident capturing polished, professional-grade photography when the brief calls for it.
