The Brief

Kirra Point launched as a new coastal accommodation brand with serious pull: luxury apartments with direct access to Kirra Beach, panoramic ocean views, and high-touch service built for modern travellers.

Our brief? Anchor the digital presence. Drive early visibility. Position Kirra Point as the go-to for premium stays on the Southern Gold Coast—not just through aesthetics, but through sustained digital rhythm, local relevance, and editorial clarity.

The Approach

From the outset, we worked closely with the team to set a strategy built for performance and longevity. Social, search, and paid—delivered in weekly cycles and quarterly sprints, backed by a content plan that reflects both place and product.

Our creative is refined, but never ornamental. Lo-fi reels designed with structure. Still photography that captures atmosphere and amenity. Copy that stays true to tone: warm, clear, assured. The messaging centres on the KPHA experience—spacious apartments, coastal simplicity, a base that balances lifestyle and location.

We keep each platform tuned to purpose. Meta for community and conversion. Pinterest for planning. TikTok for tempo. Paid ads layered on top to amplify what’s working and extend reach.

The Results

Kirra Point Holiday Apartments entered a competitive market and made traction quickly. The brand’s digital presence now mirrors its physical one—clean, curated, and commanding attention.

Bookings grow steadily. Website traffic continues to climb. The brand is gaining momentum and consolidating early awareness into long-term market position. This is what we do: marketing with structure, rhythm, and story. Built to last the season and the one after that.

As part of a broader launch strategy, DTA helped us get to the top of our competitors very rapidly.
